Potential Clients~
I'm currently shifting my practice from individuals to groups.
My current session fees are payable by check, cash or credit card. I host groups in person Monday through Thursday. I'm not included on any insurance panels and charge a fee for service. I always make room for a few lower fee paying clients. I provide clients a "Super Bill" which is a receipt for services. Clients with health insurance can submit the super bill for reimbursement.
Group therapy:
Are you wanting to join a group with IFS informed folks interested in taking a U-turn to explore their internal system? If so, I invite you to consider a group that will be meeting for 8 weeks September-November 2023. We will explore our activations, parts that are holding stress, trauma/burdens, grief/struggle inside and polarizations (where two parts of us are at odds). We’ll be exploring Somatic IFS exercises, sculpting, role plays, internal explorations…and more.

What does IFS informed mean?
Either you’ve studied the model (doesn’t have to be formal training) or have a therapist that practices the IFS model
Who’s welcome: Therapists, Practitioners, medical professionals and clients desiring to explore their internal world
Next groups starting week of January 8th 2024…please go to my contact page so we can set up a 15 minute introductory meeting. The groups I'll be offering in 2024 may include:
IFS informed Couple group (4 couples)
IFS informed process and healing groups for therapists
IFS informed process and healing groups for clients
Consultation for colleagues~
I currently run bi-weekly consultation groups for therapists. The groups meet on Monday's from 11:15am-12:45pm. The group members share about their reactions, struggles and entanglements related to clients issues and/or personal issues getting activated and we focus on returning to our own centeredness, wisdom and inner guidance. We give attention to the parts activated and we explore what's needed.
I am a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and an IFS-Institute approved consultant for therapists or practitioners working towards certification after a Level 1 training.
I'm an experiential somatic/transpersonal therapist with a background in process work and the Internal Family Systems model. I love supporting therapists on the journey to return to themselves so we can once again enjoy our work in a creative, curious and open manner.
Presentations/Workshops/Retreats/Facilitation~
I've been asked to present on many topics, here are some of my favorite topics to explore:
The Art of Being and Doing
Getting Unstuck
Introduction to Somatic IFS
Working with our internal parts and creating a reunion~ U-turn
Working creatively with courage
Exploring trauma
Holding and working with grief
Couples enactments and ways of holding space
Group process
LGBTQI+ panels discussing sexuality and gender
